THAT VIDEO GENETICS IS 100% TRUE, IM ONLY 5’8 2’00LBS AND DO IN INCLINE BENCH PRESS 10 REPS WITH 100LBS, AND THERE ARE SOME OTHER HUGE GUYS IN THE GYM, AND LIKE 3 OF 10, CAN ALMOST DO WHAT I CAN DO, AND THEY LOOK HUGE AND STRONG, BUT THEY DONT, OR LIKE ME, I LOOK AVERAGE, BUT CANT USE HUGE WEIGHTS.
