Everything has to be perfect before starting = never getting started as things are never going to be perfect. &quot;I&#039;m going to start after X date&quot; is common, or &quot;I&#039;m going to start when I get everything set up&quot; or my favorite &quot;I&#039;m going to start after I lose X amount of weight.&quot; The last one making no sense at all. Just being there is often half the battle, especially when you&#039;re not 18 and have a lot of free time. Just because you can&#039;t be an elite athlete today, does not mean you can&#039;t be an elite YOU tomorrow. Life is always going to throw up road blocks, and the path of least resistance is to do nothing...</description>
