Aging Adults:  do they need to exercise differently then their younger counterparts? What should aging adults focus on? I cover the essential issues older adults need to focus on the stay healthy and functional into advanced ages. An important component of this is avoid sarcopenia (age related loss of muscle mass) and that needs to be addressed with both exercise and nutrition, and other variables.
