No, I have not gone into strong man competitions, ’cause I aint that strong! I did however attend the Paxton Strong Man V competition to support my pal, part time moderator of my forums, Training Assistant to OptimalSWAT, and top S&C coach John Sullivan. The Paxton Strong Man competition is sanctioned by the NAS and is  an important competition to the New England Region. Here are some highlights from that Paxton Strong Man V competition:
