My vid on pre-workout supplements generated questions on the popular “energy” compound currently all the rage in some of these products, and or sold alone: methylhexaneamine or 1,3-Dimethylamylamine (DMAA) specifically.
Here’s my take on this controversial supplement, which is info people need to have to make informed decisions on DMAA.

All because the crooked, sold out FDA banned EFFECTIVE ephedra! Now people are grasping for whatever stimulant they can get and stacking it on top of other medicocre, ineffective stimulants trying to duplicate the ma huang ephedra which WORKED and was SAFE. I used it for over 10 years, never had a problem and kept of 50 pounds and diabetes. But healthy people who aren’t fat and diabetic don’t line the pockets of Big Pharma and the Medical Mafia, (who pay the FDA crooks).
