How many times have you seen that type on nonsense claim before? Claims like that are pure fiction, so why do people fall for it??!
Just say no to hype! 🙂

Will, you are absolutely right. In the 49 years I have been involved with exercise- I have seen quite a bit of it. And unfortunately duped by some of it. It’s like what I say about deception- it’s just enough truth to get someone to believe a lie! But you do have to admit this hype is well packaged- and believable. And that’s probably its out there and that’s probably why so many fall prey to it. A lot of what I see on Youtube are groupies who are either young for their years or just young. Followers looking for answers and caught in a snare of admiration. Thanks again for your straight talk, you have more factual information in one of your videos than many of these youtubers have in 10.

There’s a sucker born every minute, and more than just one sucker, so there will always be a new generation of people to supply a market for BS products.
But BS is easily imitated and competed against (driving down profits); the best money is made by those who are “first in.”
Later, buyers smarten up and stop wasting their money; the market dries up and goes away until the next generation of inexperienced buyers shows up ready to be taught a lesson
In a sense, what these BS sellers are actually selling is experience in not being naive. Education has a price.

Thanks for telling it like it is. 40 years in fitness and so much CRAP has come down the pike that a snow plow can’t get through. Appreciate the NO BS info. Thanks

“If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.”
    Joseph Goebbels
